Personnel Announcement
December 11, 2006 — NOVATO, CA: —
Faye Chartoff, a proven executive with more than 25 years of operations experience in the software, information and pharmaceutical industries, will join the iPost team as Vice President of Operations beginning December 11. Her professional background includes customer services, product and project management, sales support, and human resources.
At iPost Ms. Chartoff will be responsible for a range of important client services: designing and implementing
new service initiatives; serving as a liaison between clients and the company and ensuring overall customer
satisfaction. Ms. Chartoff looks forward to meeting the challenges of her new position. "I am excited to be joining iPost, a company that is a leader in the industry and dedicated to providing outstanding products and client support services" she said. "I look forward to designing new service initiatives to maintain iPost's premier status in the industry, and to being part of a team that is committed to the success of our customers' direct marketing goals."
Ms. Chartoff has a successful track record for leveraging customer and employee satisfaction for profit and growth in executive and management positions at Innovative Interfaces, Syntex Corporation, Faxon Company and the University of California at Berkeley. She earned her Bachelors degree from Cedar Crest College and an MSLS from the University of Maryland.
Katrina Anderson has taken on a new role as the Delivery Assurance Officer. This position was created as part of an initiative to guarantee optimal email deliverability for iPost clients. Ms. Anderson will establish best practices for message content and format, as well as subscriber list management, by evaluating the latest industry trends and building relationships with major ISPs.
Ms. Anderson looks forward to enhancing iPost's tactics in email delivery and staying on top of anti-spam technology. She commented, "Email Service Providers face an interesting challenge - while we support the anti-spam efforts of ISPs, those efforts can be obstacles to our success if new tools block message delivery.
The bottom line, however, is that we share the responsibility for delivering the information our mutual clients have opted to receive." iPost recognized this challenge and in response created the Delivery Assurance Officer role, which Ms. Anderson will now fulfill.
