Don McNichol, Director of E-Commerce, Intermix
Barton Schaefer, CEO
Schaefer has more than 15 years of experience in email systems that includes extensive expertise in both email marketing practices and solutions. Before co-founding iPost, he helped found Z-Code Software, whose ground-breaking application, Z-Mail, won numerous awards, including PC Magazine’s Editor’s Choice Award. Dr. Schaefer is actively involved in IETF email standards discussions and the Anti-SPAM Research Group, and contributes regularly to open software projects including Spam Assassin and zsh. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the Oregon Graduate Institute, and a BSS in Computer Science from Cornell College.
Stephen Webster, Chief Strategy Officer
Webster leads iPost’s Strategic Services team and co-founded iPost in 1996 to address the need for well-designed, professional email services and software. Prior to founding iPost, he worked on email systems for an IBM-funded consortium called ITC, and served as engineering director for the award-winning Z-Code, co-founded by iPost’s CEO, Bart Schaefer, PhD. Webster is a frequent keynote speaker on behavioral targeting, profitable and effective email marketing, and cross-channel marketing programs. He holds a BSEE from Carnegie Mellon University.
John Janetos, VP of Sales & Business Development
Janetos has over 15 years of experience in enterprise software with both publicly and privately held companies in business development, sales, marketing and professional services. Prior to iPost, he managed business development for MarketLive where he increased the partner revenue contribution to 25 percent and doubled the partner ecosystem. Janetos has a MS in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and BA in Mathematics from the University of Chicago.
Marsha Stark, VP of Channels and Third Party Relationships
Stark has more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing organizations within the high-tech and software industries. Stark has overall responsibility for the company’s third-party and channel partnerships. Stark is an accomplished, results-oriented business innovator with a proven track record. She has held executive and management positions for both Fortune 500 companies such as Sun Microsystems and Digital Equipment Corporation and distinctive software companies such as Sirsi and Innovative Interfaces. Stark is known for building customer-focused sales and support teams. Ms. Stark holds a BA degree from Kansas State University.
Faye Chartoff, VP of Operations
Chartoff at iPost is responsible for client services. With more than 25 years of operations experience in the software, information and pharmaceutical industries, her professional background includes customer services, product and project management, sales support, and human resources. She has a successful track record for leveraging customer and employee satisfaction for profit and growth in executive and management positions at Innovative Interfaces, Syntex Corporation, Faxon Company and the University of California, Berkeley. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Cedar Crest College and an MSLS from the University of Maryland.
Greg Fox, VP of Systems Integration
Fox co-founded the company in 1996. He has more than 20 years of experience in designing, developing and deploying email systems. Formerly iPost’s COO, Fox’s role was to ensure that the company’s exceptional technical capabilities were matched by iPost’s commitment to Best in Class service. Formerly, Fox lead a team of Mac OS programmers at Z-Code Software, founded by iPost’s CEO, Bart Schaefer, PhD. Mr. Fox holds a BS degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
Andrea Glickstein, Controller
Glickstein is responsible for leading and directing the financial management, administration and direction of the company as well as overseeing all human resource functions. Glickstein brings over 16 years of administrative, financial and marketing experience to iPost. Before joining iPost, Glickstein was the Product Marketing Manager for Daikin U.S., the company responsible for bringing to market the first commercially available DVD authoring software products. Glickstein worked directly with Hollywood studios and post production houses to bring movies to the now widely adopted DVD format. A veteran of several start-up companies, Glickstein has always been responsible for many levels of the businesses in which she serves. Glickstein holds an M.B.A. in Strategic Leadership from Dominican University of California.
