our ‘white listed’ status. As a best practice, we carefully screen and select our opt-in
email marketing clients, working only with their own lists. We don’t accept appending lists, and
no rentals. This matters, because despite how clean your list is, if your email service provider mails
to other questionable lists that do not follow opt-in email marketing best practices, delivery can
be affected.

mailings do not impact your servers or website. Bounced messages are retried several times before
they are removed from the list. Out-of-office responses, spam, email viruses, and bounces are
