Calendar

The iPost Calendar displays all emails sent or scheduled by day, week, or month, and lets you create account-specific events.

From within the Calendar, email tickets for sends or automations for pending sends are accessible.

Accessing the Calendar

You can access the Calendar from the Dashboard or by selecting Calendar in the left-side navigation.

Dashboard Calendar view

The Calendar view on the Dashboard, by default, displays all items for the current week. Use the left and right arrows to navigate through weeks; the Today button will return you to the current day and week.

Monthly Calendar view

Viewing the Calendar from the left-hand side navigation provides a more comprehensive view at your account activity. This Calendar will display everything for the current month by default. Use the left and right arrows to move forward and backward by month; the Today button will return you to the current day and month.

There are a few functions only available in the Monthly Calendar view:

  • Add Custom Event: this option allows users to add custom events to the calendar, such as reminders or holidays.
  • Change Calendar View: the timeframe drop down menu allows you to toggle between day, week, and month calendar views.

The Calendar displays a daily count for each category. Select a category icon to view additional details, including access to email tickets and automations.
